AG Consultancy is the creation of Ali Gayward. Ali is an aviation consultant with extensive experience of business development, sales, leadership and business development. Having developed a range of services across the aviation development industry since 1986, Ali has worked with and on behalf of many major airlines and airports globally, and assists with the development of strategy and sales issues.

All aspects of Ali's work are strongly influenced by the long-term strategic goals of each client's business and through consistent communication and coaching she works closely with senior executives to ensure that the culture of the organisation changes at the required pace to maximise the benefit of individual development.

Ali also offers management training in areas such as Crisis Management, Media Training, Customer Service Training, Sales and Communication Skills.
